Even as the largest “small concrete cutting company" in southern Ontario, Kingdom Concrete Drilling & Sawing Inc. still provides personalized service. We keep in constant contact with you throughout the job and ensure that you are always entirely satisfied with our concrete cutting services.

Our Founder

Kingdom Concrete Drilling & Sawing was founded in 2000 by Dominic Marchesano, who has been in the business for more than 35 years and considered a top name in the industry. He has trained many top employees at our competing companies and overseen some of the largest projects ever completed in southern Ontario.

The management of Kingdom Concrete Drilling & Sawing maintains that every person who works for our company is entitled to work under the safest conditions possible.

In order to meet this goal, every reasonable effort will be made in the interest of accident prevention. This effort extends to the provision of safe and healthy work conditions, as well as the elimination of hazards that may cause injury to workers or damage to property and/or equipment.

The management of Kingdom Concrete Sawing & Drilling recognizes that accident prevention and proper construction procedures go hand in hand. It is our firm belief and principal that job planning and accident prevention is an essential shared responsibility.

With the co-operation of all personnel and sub-contracted trades, a safe and healthy work environment will mutually benefit us all.

Kingdom Concrete Code of Ethics

Employees of Kingdom Concrete will conduct their business safely, honestly and ethically wherever we operate. We will constantly improve the quality of our services and operations, and will create a reputation for honesty, fairness, respect, trust and sound business judgment.

Code of Conduct

All employees will represent Kingdom Concrete in a courteous and professional manner. Employees will conduct business in such a way as to bring no discredit to the company.

Specific Worker Responsibilities

All Kingdom Concrete employees shall:

Work in compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and its regulations
Work in compliance with Kingdom Concrete’s Health & Safety Policies & Procedures and its regulations
Use or wear the equipment protective devices (proper PPE for task-specific protection) or clothing that Kingdom requires to be worn
Report any hazardous conditions or unsafe practices immediately to the supervisor and the office
Work in a manner that will not endanger his/herself or other workers

Report any accidents/incidents, or near-miss incidents where there was a potential for damage and/or injury regardless of its severity, to his/her supervisor without delay
Not engage in any prank, contest, feat of strength, unnecessary running or rough boisterous conduct
Understand they have the right to go to work, and the right to go home
Always think of the worst-case scenario and ask, “What if something goes wrong?” The choices made could have a lifetime effect on an individual as well as their entire family
