Kingdom Concrete Drilling & Sawing Project History

Backed by more than 23 years of industry experience, Kingdom Concrete Drilling & Sawing Inc. has completed thousands of small and large projects throughout Hamilton, Toronto and all over southern Ontario. We have worked with some of the largest companies in Canada, as well as smaller family-run companies and homeowners. Our residential work includes anything from cutting one hole for dryer vents to cutting basement floors, windows and doors.

Past Projects

We pride ourselves on our high standards for safety and work ethics. Here is a sampling of current and recent projects we worked on:
  • Fallsview Casino – Thousands of holes drilled for plumbing, electrical and sheet metal.
  • Union Station – One of the largest jobs in Canada, we have cut out several hundred thousand square feet of concrete floor. With precision wire sawing, we have been working with engineers to cut out the supporting columns of the main platform while trains are still running overhead. We have also used a newer method of wire sawing that allowed us to cut over 600’ of 9’ deep cutting into bedrock.
  • Maple Leaf Square Condominiums – Another job where Kingdom completed thousands of scans, holes and openings for plumbing, electrical and mechanical. Kingdom vacuumed and collected cores for each location and completed the whole job without any mess left behind.
  • TTC Lawrence – Kingdom is working on creating openings in 4’ thick structural walls at the TTC Lawrence Station. We are also cutting out 30” thick suspended slab above the platform.
  • Hamilton Pan Am Stadium – Completed odd jobs from suspended slab openings to chipping and breaking.
  • Oakville Hospital – Drilled hundreds of holes and openings in the newly built hospital. Kingdom protected each area below to ensure safety from falling debris is never an issue.
  • Mt. Sinai Hospital – Scanned and drilled thousands of holes. Work done in live hospital areas and construction areas. Kingdom also removed the rehabilitation swimming pool from one of the upper floors in the hospital. Moved equipment and debris in and out of the hospital safely without any issues.
  • Oakville Water Treatment Facility – Kingdom cut and removed large wall and floor portions of 20” thick waste holding tanks.
  • 90 Gerrard St West – The tallest building ever to be taken down in the downtown core of Toronto, Kingdom assisted in stairwell removals by isolating 25’ high sections that were suspended by a crane. This was done right in the main hospital district where slurry and debris could not fall below. Kingdom safely helped complete the task.
